Day of Coordination:
Many couples prefer planning their own wedding while leaving the logistics to a professional coordinator. This package is suited for couples who have booked their vendors, planned their wedding, and would like an experienced professional to manage the logistics. Package begins three weeks before event date. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy your big day.

- Complimentary consultation
- Unlimited phone and email correspondence
+ Phase 2
- One in-person meeting (usually an on-site visit)
- Customize a detailed timeline for the day, with your suggestions for how you would like to see the day flow
- Contact vendors two weeks prior to wedding to review timeline, logistics, verify arrival, set up times, and coordinate final timing for cleanup
+ Day of
- Distribute vendor payments and gratuity, finalize last minute set up and details.
- Oversee set up of ceremony chairs, décor, traditional elements, and personal details
- Oversee set up of reception, style and design, personal details, and décor to fit your vision
- Cue ceremony, procession and recession
- Depart when reception has concluded (or at another mutually agreed upon time), and personal items are loaded in proper vehicle or returned to hotel room
- Be present throughout your event to oversee all vendors and make sure that your day is seamless
- Emergency Wedding Day Kit (if needed!)

Partial Planning:
The partial planning package is designed for those who wish to be more hands on with the planning process and experience, have a clear vision, but need a little more guidance. Typically this package begins further in advance than the "day-of" package, and includes the 'day of' items listed in the above package as well as the below.
