  • Distribute vendor payments and gratuity, finalize last minute set up and details.

  • Oversee set up of ceremony chairs, décor, traditional elements, and personal details

  • Oversee set up of reception, style and design, personal details, and décor to fit your vision

  • Cue ceremony, procession and recession

  • Depart when reception has concluded (or at another mutually agreed upon time), and personal items are loaded in proper vehicle or returned to hotel room

  • Be present throughout your event to oversee all vendors and make sure that your day is seamless

  • Emergency Wedding Day Kit (if needed!)
